Basically, since I was 15 years old I have been working in the manufacturing sector of various companies and technology has become an integral part of my life. It all started with a summer job in a company dealing with machine metallurgy, where I worked as a helper in the production of moulds for castings.

At that time my first hourly wage was today's 1,65$. My technical enthusiasm continued by studying at a secondary industrial school of mechanical engineering with a focus on CAD systems, followed by graduation from University with a focus on machining technology. Even today I still like to develop skills in different technical areas as ISO, ESG, CNC machining, welding, process management, technical sales and mostly quality assurance and resident engineering.

When I walk into a manufacturing facility where new products are being made and something of value is being created, I always feel like "Alright this is the right place, where I belong". I've been in manufacturing area for several years and have worked as a quality engineer and resident engineer in several industries and projects: automotive, bathroom industry, industrial technology and machining processes. I have never be a big fan of someone that makes simple things too complex and follows very strict all details of the manuals and regulations. All of us who have been through production process and the manufacturing sector know that everything does not work perfectly and won't be perfect for some time until programmed robots will start making everything. Until that time, we have to come up with acceptable tolerances and out of the box ideas.

"Although today there are detailed instructions, manuals, standards for everything. I know from experience that the most successful projects involving a balance between order and improvisation - let's say human cleverness"

As a technician with engineering background, I have a different view to quality and manufacturing than other by book trained employees. I always try to connect quality and engineering with the technical essence of the product and the process. You will probably all agree with me, and agree that most companies were not founded to take care of employees, give them water, food and a home. Why do companies exist in the world? Yes, that's right. Companies are there to make money. When they stop making money, the owner collapses the company and goes into another business. Therefore, for a company to make money it is necessary to have satisfied customers who come back and buying again, again... Finding that satisfying point can be achieved through various methods, but it's essential to reach the best option if we want to remain most competitive in the market.

I'm just one of mechanical engineers to help others to be successful and competitive in today's rapidly expanding market. If you are looking for a solutions, support in quality, engineering, machining then don't hesitate to contact me.
